When asked whether he wears boxers or briefs, Barack Obama refused to answer. He did, however, assure everyone that he looks damn good in his underwear. No one has asked me about my preference, but I’m going to share it anyway: I wear low-rise, ladies’ thongs. And I look damn good in ‘em. I’m wearing ‘em now, in fact — a hot pink, $18-pair by Hanky Panky. I do mix it up from time to time – I like a nice pair of tightey whiteys when I’m juicing, as noted a few posts back. But for the most part, I’m at my best when it’s just me and my thong. No circulation-restricting waistband, no cutesy boxer motif, no VPL (visible panty line). Hanky Panky, Cosabella, Le Mystere, Vicky’s Secret … I embrace all brands and all colors. So if you see me picking my wedgie when I’m up on the podium … you’ll know why.
